Valentines With The Vintner

Summary

We celebrated Valentines with a private dessert and wine pairing.

Last week was busy with three Valentine events. The biggest was Valentines with the Vintner. Each guest was treated to music by Trevor Ciongoli by candlelight. Our Vintner, Scott, introduced the four Kerith House wines and the accompanying flight of desserts. Each pairing was specially curated to give the most elevated tasting experience we could offer. Georgia Crimson Red paired beautifully with a Dark Chocolate-Mocha Flourless Cake. Next on the list was Chambourcin with a Brown Butter, Raspberry Cheesecake Bar. The Georgia Semi-Sweet was a beautiful match for the Chocolate Macarons, and the finale was the Apple Harvest to go along with a Caramel Tart in a butter crust. To finish the evening, the men got to make bouquets for their dates at a stem bar before getting their Instagram moment. To take home, each guest also got to choose a bottle of one of the featured wines.  Get a glimpse of our evening.
