Tastes of Blue Ridge
From the moment we stepped foot on this property it was obvious that for many prior generations this place and its rich mountain soil provided food for its inhabitants. We strive to continue this tradition as we plant new seeds and establish new fields. Along with establishing our vineyards and growing high-quality wine grapes, currently, we are also exploring the culinary delights made from garlic. Sample products made from various cultivars of garlic grown here on the estate from our best-selling Roasted Garlic and White Wine Drizzle to French Pickled Garlic and more available in the Kerith House Shop. You can also find us at the Peachtree City, Georgia Farmers Market on Wednesdays and the Downtown Blue Ridge Market on most Saturdays during market season.
In addition, Kerith House at Maple Grove will soon be home to one of North Georgia’s only known Trufferies. Growing truffles is an exercise in patience and a fine balance of care. Still, if all goes well, guests will one day be able to take truffle hunts through our four-acre orchard, enjoy fresh truffles in our on-site restaurant, as well as purchase truffles and truffle-related products online and on-site.
