A Taste of What is to Come

Get a glimpse of our menu and what you have to look forward to!
Last week, we took a delicious step in the direction of getting our restaurant online. I had the privilege of spending the day in the kitchen with Chefs Dawn and Gabriel Caruthers. Our goal was to make nearly everything on our menu and serve it to the rest of our family, our wine-making team, and a couple of friends.
I have to say, it was pretty magical. But it took 3 1/2 hours just to do last minute prep and serve it course by course. We were groaning in food pain before we even got to the sandwiches. But when the desserts came out, all of a sudden we all found that little corner of our stomachs made for sweets. I mean creme brûlée and Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake? Come on!
Next in the process is to fill out the paperwork and fix some issues we previously did not know about. But let me tell you, this menu is something to look forward to! Here’s a little peek.
