No place embodies all of that better than Century View Lodge by Kerith House. From the very first moment, you can’t help but feel your whole body relax as you soak in the incredible distant mountain views while you rock on the porch or put your feet up around a fire.

The inside of Century View is every bit as soothing and relaxing as the outside. Comfort and luxury surround you with stylish furnishings and original artwork in this four- bedroom, three and a half bath lodge. When it’s time to dine, with brands like Calphalon and Henckel, the cooks’ kitchen is full of everything you need to make sumptuous meals for your getaway.

Each of the bedrooms, Mountain Laurel, Aska Adventure, Toccoa, and Overlook, are designed to represent different aspects of life in Blue Ridge. They offer flexible sleeping options allowing the house to accommodate up to 15 adults. The idea of hygge carries through every detail, including luxurious Saatva mattresses and high-quality linens, and pillows to envelope you in comfort for optimal rest.

So, no matter what you are doing at Century View Lodge, whether it’s catching up with friends and family, sharing a meal, or just starring at the beautiful mountains, the luxury and comfort will help you feel pampered yet right at home, in other words, you will be living the “hygge” life.

Full Terms and Conditions

Our goal is a to provide a place for our guest to have a wonderful, peaceful, and restful experience in the great Blue Ridge Mountains and that you feel welcomed and cared for during your stay. We know this legal stuff is not fun, but it is important information and provided for the protection of you and all our future guests. Unlike hotels, vacation home rentals offer a lot more value by providing all the comforts of a luxury home and maybe even more. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.



Properties may be rented by individuals 25 and older. A copy of a valid state photo ID or driver’s license and a signed renter’s agreement is required with each reservation. Parents must check-in and occupy the property with their children for the entire length of the reservation. Reservations made under false pretenses may result in eviction and forfeiture of all payments.


A valid credit card must be used for initial payment. A $200 down payment is required to secure a reservation. Balance must be paid in full and cleared through bank accounts thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. If balance is not paid by this deadline reservation may be cancelled and all paid monies by Guest will be forfeited. Once a reservation is confirmed it may be moved or rescheduled up until thirty (30) days of initial arrival date. Reservations made with arrival dates within thirty (30) days must be paid in full at time of initial booking.


We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise that may prevent a stay which is why we secure reservations with a low, standard down payment of $200 for bookings made with arrival dates beyond thirty (30) days of reservation date. Once a reservation is confirmed you may cancel within 72 hours of making the reservation for a full refund of monies paid. If cancellation occurs after 72 hours the $200 down payment is nonrefundable. If reservation is cancelled less than thirty (30) days of your arrival date the full payment is non-refundable.

For reservations made through Airbnb please refer to the noted cancellation policy at the time of booking on their platform for the applicable cancellation policy as it defers from our standard policy stated above for direct bookings.


Travel insurance is highly recommended and is available for purchase up to 30 days prior to your arrival. Travel insurance is offered through Rental Guardian and is subject to Rental Guardian’s terms and conditions. For questions contact Rental Guardian at 1-(888) 885 – 5550 or at


Unless otherwise agreed upon by owners, check in is available any time after 3:00pm EST on the day of arrival with check out before 10:00am EST on the day of departure. Access to the property will be granted via a unique code sent to you prior to your arrival, however the code will not be active until the stated check-in time unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.

Upon Checkout, please load and start the dishwasher with any remaining used dishes and silverware and remove any remaining trash from inside the property. Please ensure you have collected all your belongings. There is no need to remove or clean any bed linens or other towels and linens prior to departure. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.


House Parties are not allowed. Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guest indicated at the time of the reservation unless otherwise approved by the owner. The maximum sleeping capacity is published per property on our website at . The stated and agreed occupancy figure includes all day or overnight guest. Children two (2) and under do not count toward the occupancy. Exceeding the number of stated and agreed persons may result in immediate eviction without refund or fees as determined by the owner may apply.


Century View Lodge: A maximum of two (2) dogs, 50 pounds (lbs.) or less are permitted in the property for an additional one-time fee of $50 per pet. No other type of animal is allowed inside of the home. Pets must not be left unattended at the property unless they are crated. All evidence of the pet must be removed from the property and the grounds at the end of the rental period. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds or in the hot tub. Evidence of excessive hair or waste improperly disposed of will result in an additional $125 cleaning charge.


Equipment, facilities, and amenities are provided at the discretion of the owner and whilst every attempt is made to ensure that such amenity is in working order for the duration of the rental period, should a break- down or some other situation occur that renders non- essential elements unusable, the Owner does not take responsibility for replacing or refunding the guest for the lack of use of these amenities or facilities. The amenities, equipment, or facilities referred to include (but are not exclusive) such items as TV’s, Satellite, hot tubs, pool, DVD players, games, WIFI, etc.

BUNK BEDS: Guests accept ALL liability for the use of bunk beds in the property and understand the owner shall have no liability for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that may result from the proper or improper use of said bunk beds.


Guests accepts ALL Liability for the use of the Hot tub located on the property and understands the Owner shall have no liability for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that may result from the proper or improper us of said hot tub. Guests agree and take full responsibility to the following before use.

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (over 18 years) when using pool and spa facilities.
  • Toddlers are not permitted in Hot Tub.
  • No glass in hot tub patio area
  • No pets in hot tub.
  • Please refer to additional warnings posted in the hot tub patio area.


When hot tub is not in use, please keep remote on hot tub charger and close the cover to conserve energy. Please note that a lost or damaged hot tub remote controller due to misuse is NOT covered under the Damage Protection Waiver and the full cost of replacement will be at the guest’s expense. Please take extra care when using the hot tub and please review and follow all instructions in the digital house guide before use.


A luxury stainless steel propane grill is provided for your convenience. Please do not attempt to relocate the grill. Please clean grill grates after each use and ensure that grill is turned off after use.


One (1) set of bed linen per bed is provided for your stay, along with one set of bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels per guest. A minimal supply of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are also provided along with a basic start up supply of bath soaps, and dish soap. Bed Linen, bath towels, and start up toiletries are not replenished during your stay. For additional information on quantities please refer to our FAQ on our website.


Fireworks are NOT permitted on the property.


This property is equipped with cameras on the exterior of the home and property for security, protection, and safety reasons. The owner has NOT installed any cameras inside the home. Guests are not permitted to tamper, remove, or attempt to move or redirect any outside camera. Doing so could result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments. Additional fees related to any damage or servicing required may apply. In addition, tampering with Internet will result in the same consequences. Guests may view camera feeds by changing the input via the TV specific remote on the main level TV only.


ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING AND NON-VAPING inside of property or in and around pool and hot tub areas. Additional fee of $300 will be required if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found inside of the property. Cigarette butts must be fully extinguished, bagged and placed in the outside trash can only.


Each guest is financially responsible for damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear. If any damage to the property is observed upon arrival report it immediately to the owner to avoid possible liability. If damage occurs during your stay you must notify the owner immediately. Guests may be responsible for excessive cleaning fees for a failure to comply with check-out procedures or the presence of extreme cleaning requirements.


In lieu of requiring a security deposit to be held, each reservation includes a non-refundable Damage Protection Waiver fee of $60. The waiver provides up to $500 for accidental damages (beyond normal wear and tear) and is designed to protect the Guest(s) and the Owner from charges due to accidental damages only. If any damages surpass $500 additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file. Damages determined to have been caused by willful misconduct, misuse and/or pets will void the waiver on the grounds of intentional act(s), gross negligence, willful and wanton acts by guest(s) and or visitors. In such case the guest(s) will be responsible for the full cost of damages. ALL ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO OWNER BEFORE GUEST(S) DEPARTURE TO QUALIFY.


Items left after departure are not the responsibility of the Homeowner. The Owner or their representatives will attempt to retrieve the reported items. If found, you will have the financial responsibility of these items being returned.


Property may have one or more storage spaces designated for the owner. Please do not attempt to gain entry to these closets.


Prior to arrival guests will receive a digital guide to the home with additional information regarding the home, its systems, and other pertinent information. Guests agree to follow all instructions found within the digital house guide and understand that such information in the guide is part of the terms and conditions of rental.

The owners are not responsible for any illness or death, accidents, personal injuries, that occurs while on the premises or while using its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.


Kerith House and its owners have taken every precaution to assure accuracy, however, we reserve the right to correct errors. Pictures provided on our web site are a representation of the general layout of the property. Kerith House reserves the right to correct errors/changes in pricing. Our Policies & Procedures are subject to change at any time without notice.


Rates start at $425 per night and vary by day and season, not including taxes and additional charges below.

Cleaning Charge: $360 (per stay)
