This workshop is just in time for Valentines Day. I will have a rich chocolate cake already baked for you, which we will fill it with strawberry jam and chocolate ganache. Then we will give it a crumb coat of velvety buttercream. Next we will go through the steps to make rolled buttercream and apply it to the cake. We will use tools to create textured effects then finish it off with sugar pearls and candy clay decorations with gold dust. You will take home an elegant and delicious creation.
